Tonight I remembered why I never make gnocchi. I always anticipate it being a much easier task than it actually is. But, I did it with the "help" of 3 little people and we did thoroughly enjoy it for supper tonight. Here is the recipe I used just in case anyone is feeling like taking on the world and making some gnocchi.
