My Favourite Sugar Cookie Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c. butter, room temperature
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
Directions:
Pour sugar over butter. Blend until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs. Blend. Add dry ingredients. Mix and let chill for one hour. Roll on floured surface to 1/4 inch. Cut into shapes and bake at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
